Just what we needed!

The bleach bypass was exactly the look we were needing for our project. It added a stark, gritty harshness that was perfect. The video is on YouTube and is by the band Amelia Jo, it’s a song called Runaway Train if you want to look it over.

Splendid Pack for a popular look

I really like to use a bleach bypass look - either as a look onto itself or as an „ingredient“ towards a look to sharpen and deepen it. A whole set of high grade bleach pass LUTs is not that easy to come by. This is easily one of my most used sets of LUTs. I am very happy and have subsequently bought other CineColor LUT sets.

Elegant, moody, technically well done

I have tried a couple of these LUTs becaude if the level of punch I needed. I use them in camera in all my workflow including director’s and focus puller monitors. Then in final color grading as a starting point adding a few tweaks for color tone, split tone and texture. And as a base for bleach bypass they worked as advertised. They are elegant, punchy, moody, and didn’t have any technical issue.
